This nine-year new school has 45 classrooms which comprises 29,133 square meters. The school has a total built-up area of 35,000 square meters.

Jiang Bei ZuiExperimental School was designed by Architectural Design Institute of Tongji University. The total of cost of building the school is 190 million Yuan. This sum includes furnishing and equipping the school with teaching facilities and equipment.
